GALVATEST Galvanic Current Test Kit with Ag/AgCl Reference Electrode
The GALVATEST galvanic current test kit is designed for checking whether cathodic protection systems are operating correctly on harbour equipment and pleasure yachts. It can be used with systems based on sacrificial anodes as well as impressed-current cathodic protection.
The kit also makes it possible to detect harmful leakage currents originating from the shore or quayside that may be responsible for electrolysis. Regular measurements allow the condition of the cathodic protection system to be monitored and provide information for preventive or corrective maintenance.
Kit Includes
- Professional Ag/AgCl reference electrode
- 7.5 m electrode cable
- Banana-type connector
- Suitable multimeter
- High-density PE carrying case
- Instructions for use
