Baystar HA4641 – Compact Pivot Plate (Install onto HC4645 to Make HC4647)
The HA4641 compact pivot plate is used to convert a standard HC4645H cylinder into an HC4647H model. It comes pre-installed in the HC4647H cylinder, which is compatible with Honda outboard engines rated from 115 to 130HP (model years 1998–2009).
